PropertyMaster – Terms, Policies & Protections

1. Site Readiness

• The space must be clean, staged, and fully ready for scanning at the time of the appointment.

• What’s captured is what appears in the final tour — no digital object removal or editing is included.

• If a revisit is needed due to unprepared space, a rescan fee (AED 200–400) will apply.

2. Free Re-Edit Policy

• One free digital re-edit is included within 30 days of delivery.

• Covers changes to the starting point, thumbnail image, tour labels, or navigation path.

• Any changes after 30 days will be charged at AED 150.

3. Re-Scan Policy

• Re-scans are not included unless clearly specified.

• Full or partial on-site re-scans due to changes or updates are charged at AED 200–400, depending on the scope.

• Must be requested within 30 days of the original scan.

4. Hosting & Tour Access

• All tours include 1 month of free hosting.

• After 1 month, clients can purchase extended hosting:

  • 3 months – AED 150

  • 6 months – AED 250

  • 12 months – AED 400

• If hosting is not renewed, the tour will be removed and cannot be recovered once deleted.

5. Payment Terms

• A deposit or full payment may be required before delivery.

• Final payment is due upon tour delivery.

• Add-ons and hosting extensions must be paid in advance.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or unprepared properties may result in a AED 150 cancellation or visit fee.

7. Usage & Ownership Rights

• Clients are granted non-exclusive rights to use the tour for marketing and internal purposes.

• PropertyMaster retains the right to display the tour in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

• Tours may not be resold, transferred, or modified without written approval.

8. Access & Safety

• The client is responsible for providing safe and full access to all areas during scanning.

• Locked or restricted areas will be excluded unless requested in advance.

• Pets, valuables, or private materials must be secured prior to scanning.

9. Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery is within 24–48 hours.

• Fast delivery (12–24 hours) is available for AED 100.

10. Service Area & Travel

• Services are offered in Ajman, Sharjah, and Dubai.

• Travel fees may apply for locations outside of these areas.

11. Taxes & Payment Fees

• All prices are exclusive of VAT. If applicable, UAE VAT (currently 5%) will be added to the final invoice.

• For PayPal or third-party payment methods, a processing fee of 3–5% may apply.

• Clients are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable in their own countries (for international projects).
